Eddie Hicks and four accomplices allegedly posed as Drug Enforcement Administration officers to steal drugs and money from known drug dealers. They allegedly prepared false search warrants, confiscated drugs, money and other valuables, and then sold the drugs to other drug dealers.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading directly to his arrest.
