On January 1, 2008 Erick Secundino and an accomplice, Fernando Palomino, allegedly killed three people, leaving another victim critically injured. They entered an apartment in the 2400 block of North Monticello in Chicago intending to rob a drug dealer. Both Secundino and Palomino are alleged members of the Spanish Cobra gang and are believed to be hiding in Chicago with help from the gang.
